Early to Bed, Early to Rise
It’s unfortunate, but many of us do not get enough sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things we need to keep our brains and body healthy. It’s important that we aim for at least eight hours of sleep every night. Good sleeping habits allow for a better sleep schedule and if you get to bed at a reasonable time, you indeed can be early to rise.
Chicken Soup Can cure A Cold
Well, maybe “cure” might be a bit over dramatic, but having chicken soup during a cold, can speed up the healing process.
